Rob Elsey, a.k.a. “Rob the Realtor”, is a real estate expert who has an impressively diverse background in real estate. His real estate experience ranges from listing and selling new homes and resale properties to investing and even homebuilding.

Nancy Kincaid has been a licensed Realtor since 1980. Over that time she has helped famillies by, sell and finance homes in the Greater Kansas City Area. With a passion to help others, Nancy’s business is 95% “By Referral”. When she helps someone with their Real Estate needs, they in turn introduce her to their friends and family.
In addition, Nancy is on the Board of Directors for Hillcrest Transitional Housing of Platte County. this organization transitions families from homeless to self sufficiency in 90 days!

Brian is a Certified Residential Specialist (with only four percent 4% of all REALTORS® holding the designation) and has lead national seminars for the organization. He is also known for his creative home listing marketing strategies. In fact, Brian was the first documented agent to use video to market homes on YouTube after its release in February 2005.
